Summary

Our client, a leader in the services industry is urgently seeking a strong Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Japanese for their Chloorkop branch.

 

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Provide support and guidance to clients
  • Call on existing Corporate accounts
  • Business development on new and existing business
  • Hours of work – Monday to Friday; 08h00 to 16h30

 

Competencies:

  • Enthusiastic
  • Able to handle pressure
  • Preferably have at least 2 years’ relevant domestic and international sales experience in the removal industry
  • Computer literate – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must be fluent in Japanese
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Neat and presentable
  • Have excellent communication, organisational and costing skills
  • Have sound geographical knowledge, local and international
  • Must be able to converse on all levels
  • Must have a Code 08 drivers’ license

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Matric
  • Preferably have a marketing background, diploma / degree
