Our Aim

PERMANENT PLACEMENTS:
Fee:
On placement of a candidate, an 8% placement fee on the selected candidates’ annual salary is charged.  This is raised on the total cost to company salary offered by the Employer and accepted by the Candidate.  The fee is invoiced on the starting date of the employee and payable within 7 days of invoice date or as negotiated and agreed to validate the guaranteed period.

Guarantee:
Should the employee not fulfil the requirements of the position or leave within the first three months (unless due to retrenchment, relocation, death or closure of business), we will undertake to replace the candidate at no extra cost.


CONTRACT PLACEMENTS:
Fee:
With reference to the fee charged for Contract positions, we offer the following services:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checking potential candidates
  • Supplying of PPE to candidates
  • Industrial Relations (IR) – This includes the candidates’ contract with us; disciplinary action; disciplinary hearings; retrenchments; CCMA representation – (Although the contractor is working at our clients premises, they are employed through Lemon Inc as an employee; hence Lemon Inc take the responsibility of IR related issues as per the Labour Relations Act 66 of 1995.)
  • Payroll and Time keeping (Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly payroll)
  • Leave scheduling
  • On placement of a candidate, a negotiated fee on the selected candidates’ monthly salary is charged.

The fee is invoiced on a weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis per candidate; and is payable within 5 days of invoice date or as negotiated and agreed to validate the guaranteed period. Please advise which services you would be interested in, in order for us to quote effectively.

Guarantee:
Should the employee not fulfil the requirements of the position, a replacement will be provided where we will undertake to replace the candidate at no extra cost.

 

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS:
Fee:
On placement of a candidate, a 20% fee on the selected candidates’ monthly salary is charged and is pro-rata accordingly if necessary. This rate is raised on the total cost to company salary offered by the Employer and accepted by the Candidate.  The fee is invoiced on the starting date of the employee and payable within 7 days of invoice date or as negotiated and agreed to validate the guaranteed period.

Guarantee:
Should the employee not fulfil the requirements of the position, a replacement will be provided where we will undertake to replace the candidate at no extra cost.  Our business model translates into a value proposition with benefits!
